甲状腺功能亢进症患者体内一氧化氮合酶表达及一氧化氮生成的测定

目的 :通过对甲状腺功能亢进症患者血清中一氧化氮合酶 ( NOS)与一氧化氮 ( NO)含量的测定 ,分析一氧化氮在甲亢时的生成情况及意义。方法 :分别检测甲亢患者、甲亢治愈者及正常对照组血清中 NOS、NO的含量 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :在甲亢组 NOS的表达及 NO的生成显著高于甲亢治愈组和正常对照组 ;甲亢治愈组和正常对照组之间无显著差异。结论 :甲亢患者 NOS表达增加、NO生成增高 ,可能与甲亢患者多系统功能紊乱有关

THE EXPRESSION OF NOS AND PRODUCTION OF NO DETECTION IN HYPERTHYROID PATIENTS

Objective: To investigate the production and function of NO in hyperthyroidism patients by analyzing the expression of NOS and the production of NO in serum. Methods: The expression of NOS and production of NO was detected in hyperthyroidism patients, cured patients and control group, respectively. The students' test was adopted for statistical analysis. Results: The expression of NOS and production of NO in hyperthyroidism patients were significantly higher than those in cured patients and control group. No significant difference was found between cured group and control group. Conclusion: The expression of NOS and production of NO was higher in hyperthyroidism patients. Higher level of NO may correlated with the multisystem abnormal function for hyperthyroidism patients.
