农民工家庭乳腺癌患者术后焦虑、抑郁状况及影响因素研究

目的 了解农民工家庭乳腺癌患者术后焦虑、抑郁的状况及影响因素,为针对性的护理措施提供依据.方法 采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS),以方便抽样的方法选取73例农民工乳腺癌术后患者为研究对象作为对照组,以同样方法选取95例当地城市乳腺癌术后患者作为对照组.分别于术后5～7 d对两组患者的焦虑和抑郁状况进行问卷调查结果进行比较.结果 农民工家庭乳腺癌患者术后焦虑、抑郁得分均高于城市乳腺癌患者;不同文化程度、家庭类型、家庭收入的农民工家庭乳腺癌患者的焦虑、抑郁程度不同.结论 农民工家庭乳腺癌术后患者存在较高的焦虑、抑郁情绪,应加强对她们的健康教育,引导其走出心理误区,指导其有效利用社会保障及支持系统,建立宣泄情绪、情感的正常渠道.

The condition of postoperative anxiety, depression of breast cancer patients of peasant family and influence factors

Objective To understand the condition of postoperative anxiety, depression of breast cancer patients of peasant family and influence factors. Methods Using depression self rating scale (SDS) and anxiety self-evaluation questionnaire ( SAS), 73 cases of breast cancer patients with postoperative migrant workers were selected, with the same methods 95 cases of breast cancer patients with local city were selected as control group, the two groups of anxiety and depression status were compared. Results The patients ' anxiety, depression scores of peasant family after breast cancer were higher than those of the city breast cancer patients. Different types of family education,family income of peasant household and anxiety influenced the degree of depression of breast cancer patients Conclusions The breast cancer patients of peasant family had anxiety and depression. To strengthen their health education and guidance of the psychological error, know its effective use of social security and the support system, and establish normal channels to catharsis mood and emotion.
