实施临床路径的保障体系研究

为了有效推进临床路径工作,结合上海申康医院发展中心的工作实践,提出组织保障、政策保障、机制保障等6项保障措施,形成完整的实施临床路径的保障体系。

Research on the ensurance system for clinical pathway application

In order to control medical costs and improve the level of hospital management,Shanghai Hospital Development Center started the clinical pathway project in the municipal hospitals from 2007.Based on the analysis of terminal situation of clinical pathway application in all the hospitals,it had found that compared with those got greater progress in clinical pathway application,there were something wrong with the enthusiasm of medical staff in other hospitals.In order to improve the implementation of this program,it had proposed comprehensive ensurance system consisting of organization ensurance,policy ensurance,systematic ensurance and so on.
