| 摘 要： | 目的:观察五味香连丸、黄连的体外抗菌作用及黄连与空白(五味香连丸中黄连以外的药物)的交互作用。方法:采用液体两倍稀释法和药物交互作用定量法。结果:五味香连丸、黄连具有较强的抗金黄色葡萄球菌和痢疾杆菌作用。空白抗菌作用较弱,五味香连丸中黄连与空白的交互作用表现为对金黄色葡萄球菌呈拮抗作用,对痢疾杆菌则基本呈加合作用。结论:五味香连丸是治疗细菌性痢疾的较好药物。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the in vitro antibacterial effects of Wuweixianglian pills,Cptis,and other constitutents of the pills. METHODS Double dilution and quantitative method for the drug mutual action were used. RESULTS Wuweixianglian pills and Coptis showed stronger antibacterial effeet to staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus dysenteriae, The antibacterial effect of blank space was weaker. The combination of Coptis and blank in the pills would reduce the antibacterial offeet to the staphylococcus aureus, but add the effect to the Bacillus dysenteriae. CONCLUSION Wuweixianglian pill is an antibacterial drug for the treatment of bacillary dysentery, |
