| Abstract: | Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is recognized by modern medicine science in recent years,its characteristic is that the fatigue continuously exists for more than six months and sufficient rest can′t relieve the symptoms.Based on TCM literatures of CFS,we think the basic pathogenesis of CFS is the functional deficiency of liver and kidney.So the treating principles of CFS is that regulating and invigorating the function of liver and kidney and harmonizing the functional activities of vital qi. |
