| 摘 要： | 目的:总结腹股沟疝疝环充填式无张力修补术后并发症的防治经验。方法:回顾性分析2000年9月-2010年5月523例患者的临床资料。结果:18例患者出现并发症,其中局部硬块及异物感9例,神经痛5例,阴囊血肿或水肿3例,复发1例,无切口感染。结论:严格手术操作规范,正确治疗是防治并发症的关健。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the prevention and treatment for complication in the plug-mesh tension-free hernia repair.Methods:The clinical data of 523 cases with the plug-mesh tension-free hernia repair from 2000 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:18 examples had complication:local gelosis and foreign body sensation was in 9 cases,incision neuralgia in 5 cases,scrotal hematoma or edema in 3 cases,recurrence in one case.No one had incision infection.Conclusion:The key to reducing complications of the plug-mesh tension-free hernia repair is to adopt a standard operation technique and correct therapentic. |
