模拟晕船大鼠晕船行为学指标的筛选及适应规律的观察

摘    要:目的:筛选大鼠晕船行为学指标,探讨大鼠晕船适应时间及规律.方法:运用Crampton旋转刺激模型,对SD大鼠进行重复刺激,实时观察晕船刺激过程中尿液、粪便排泄量及刺激后自发活动的变化;采用抗晕药物干预法检验各行为学指标的特异性.结果:与正常对照组相比,晕船刺激第1天刺激组大鼠粪便量显著增加(P<0.05),自发活动显著减少(P<0.01);随着刺激天数的增加,刺激组粪便量、自发活动均逐渐恢复,且与刺激天数间存在一定相关性(P<0.01),并分别于第9天和第7天下降至正常对照水平;用药组以东莨菪碱(0.5、1 mg/kg)灌胃后再进行旋转刺激,各行为学指标与正常对照组相比均无统计学差异.结论:旋转刺激时的排便量和刺激后的自发活动量可有效判断大鼠晕动病,连续刺激9 d左右后大鼠可达到晕船适应.
