纳米氧化铝对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响

摘    要:目的 观察纳米氧化铝(Al2O3)对大鼠学习记忆能力的影响.方法 将SD大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组,纳米Al2O3低剂量组(1 mg/kg),中剂量组(10 mg/kg),高剂量组(50 mg/kg),每2 d腹腔注射1次,90 d后用Morris水迷宫方法测定大鼠的定位航行和空间探索能力.结果 在定位航行实验的4 d中,纳米Al2O3低、中、高各剂量组平均逃避潜伏期分别为:(9.90±0.57)s,(11.22±6.19)s,(12.50±2.91)s,明显长于对照组(4.69±1.54)s],差异有显著性(P<0.05).纳米Al2O3低、中、高各剂量组目标象限游程占总游程百分比分别为(23.05±2.46)%,(22.77±5.17)%,(24.39±5.38)%,显著低于对照组(34.66±4.57)%,(P<0.01)].结论 纳米Al2O3能够降低大鼠学习记忆能力.

Effects of nanoparticle alumina oxide on learning and memory in rats
Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of nanoparticle alumina oxide on spatial learning and memory in rats. Methods 50 SD rats randomly divided into 4 groups:control group,low nano-Al2O3 group,middle nano-Al2O3 group,high nano-Al2O3 group(the dose were 1 mg/kg,10 mg/kg,50 mg/kg respectively). Each group was treated by intraperitoneal injection once two days. Ninety days later, the parameters of place navigation test and spatial probe test in rats with Morris water maze were analyzed.Results The escape latency of low, middle and high-dose nano-Al2O3 groups are (9.90±0.57)s,(11.22±6.19)s,(12.50±2.91)s separately, significantly increasing than control group (4.69±1.54)s(P<0.05). The proportion of target quadrant run distance to total run distance showed that low, middle and high dose nano-Al2O3 groups were (23.05±2.46)%,(22.77±5.17)%,(24.39±5.38)% seperately, significantly decreasing than control group(P<0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that nanoparticle alumina oxide could damage the ability of learning and memory in rats.
