阿魏酸钠注射液治疗脑梗死的临床观察

目的：观察阿魏酸钠注射液治疗脑梗死的效果。方法：采用随机分组方法将57例脑梗死患者分为对照组及治疗组。对照组应用拜阿斯匹林,康复理疗等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注阿魏酸钠0.2g,每天1次,共2周。治疗前后分别采用脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分及日常生活活动量表（ADL）进行评分判定临床疗效。结果：患者神经功能及日常生活能力均有改善,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：阿魏酸钠治疗脑梗死疗效满意。

Clinical study of curative effect of sodium ferulate for acute cerebral infarction

Objective ：To study the curative effect of sodium ferulate for acute cerebral infarction.Methods：57 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group and control group.0.2g of sodium ferulate given made to treatment group, and routine treatment with bayaspirin and physical therapy for rehabilitation was applied to the 2 groups.The treatment lasted for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment, the Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit and ADL were scored to value the clinical curative effect. Results：The Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit and ADL showed great improvement after treatment and the improvement in treatment group was much greater than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Sodium ferulate is effective for acute cerebral infarction.
