一次性输液器药液过滤片中微粒脱落及滤出的研究

摘    要:目的:了解一次性重力输液器(输液器)药液过滤器中微粒在不同条件下浸泡、过滤实验中微粒的脱落情况。方法:采用GWF-7J微粒分析仪对样品微粒进行检测。结果:一次性重力输液器药液过滤器中微粒脱落及滤出结果根据室温、过滤量和浸泡时间条件的不同差异有显著性(〈0.05),微粒脱落为0.9~63个/ml;微粒滤出为0.4~4.6个/ml。结论:一次性重力输液器中的微粒可经输液途径进入人体,研究结果可为微粒脱落的卫生标准制定提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate shedding of the particles in disposable infusion apparatus under different conditions in both soaking and filtering experiments.Methods :The particles were determined by GWF-7J particle analysis equipment.Results:According to different room temperature, filtering volume and soaking time, there were significant differences in shedding and faltering of particles before the soaking and filtering experiments.The maximized level in soaking experiment was 63/ml.The highest level in filtering experiment was 4.6/ml.Conelusion:Particles in disposable infusion apparatus and medical solution filter can be transmitted into human body.The experimental results will apply the foundation for the hygienic standard of particle pollutions in disposable infusion apparatus and medical solution falter.
