医学临床实习教学中病例讨论方法探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨如何提高临床教学中病例讨论的质量,更好地培养学生的临床思维能力。方法:根据建构主义理论,改变传统的病例讨论模式,代之以学生自我认知建构为目的的病例讨论模式。结果:在新模式的病例讨论中,学生参与度高,讨论主动,对疾病的认知深刻。结论:新的病例讨论模式能更好地发挥学生的主动性、积极性,提高了病例讨论的质量,有利于学生临床思维能力的建立。

Abstract:Objective:To improve the quality of case discussion in process of clinical teaching,and to explore a way in which the clinical thinking capability of medical students could be better cultured.Methods:According to the theory of constructivism, the traditional method of case discussion was changed,by a new method which take the cognition construction of medical students as main object. Results:During the courses of case discussion in the new mode,the medical students' participation was boosted, and their cognition of diseases was penetrated.Conclusion:The new mode of case discussion can bring medical students' go-aheadism and positivity into full using, as well as improve the quality of case discussion, which is contributive to the construction of medical students' clinical thinking.
