糖尿病患者院内外一体化健康教育的效果研究

目的：探讨糖尿病健康教育的个体性、系统性、连贯性、重复性。方法：对符合WHO诊断标准的2型糖尿病患者140例进行问卷调查。结果：健康教育前、后糖尿病患者对健康知识的掌握情况差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；对治疗的顺应性、医护人员依从性及对家属依从性的差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：糖尿病实施健康教育不但提高了患者的糖尿病知识水平，而且调动了患者参与治疗的主动性，真正实现了以患者为中心高质量的整体护理。

Study on health education pattern for diabetes mellitus patients

Objective：To explore the health education pattern of diabetes mellitus patients and to implement the health education individually and systemically.Methods ：To survey 140 type 2 diabetes patients with questionnaire.Results ：There was statistical difference before and after health education in diabetes knowledge （P〈0.01）;there was also compliance difference with treatment,medical staff and family members （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Heahh education increases the the patients＇knowledge in diabetes and the compliance with treatment, realizes the holistic nursing care.
