P27在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的　研究 P2 7在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化 S- P法对 5 0例乳腺癌组织、4 5例癌旁正常乳腺组织、5 0例良性乳腺组织 P2 7的表达进行检测。结果　 P2 7蛋白在乳腺癌组织、癌旁正常乳腺组织、良性乳腺组织阳性表达率分析为 5 4 %、6 0 %和 76 % ,P2 7蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达与其在良性乳腺组织中表达相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与其乳腺癌癌旁组织相比无统计学差异 ;P2 7蛋白在乳腺癌组织中表达与腋淋巴结状态及临床分期相关 ,而与年龄、肿瘤大小、ER和PR的表达无关。结论　 P2 7可能与乳腺癌发生、发展及腋淋巴结转移有关 ,P2 7蛋白的表达对判断乳腺癌临床进展有一定的参考价值。

Expression and clinical significance of P27 in breast carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P27 in breast carcinoma.Methods The expression of P27 was determined by S-P immunohistochemical technique method in 50 cases of breast carcinoma,45 cases of normal tissue around breast carcinoma,50 cases of benign breast tissue.Results Positive expression rates of P27 protein is 54% in breast carcinoma,60% in normal tissue around breast carcinoma,and 76% in benign breast tissue.The difference between benign breast tissue and breast carcinoma was prominent(P<0.05),but not between breast carcinoma and normal tissue around breast carcinoma.Statistical correlation existed between P27 protein and the lymph node metastasis,clinical stages,but not between P27 protein and age,sizes of tumor,expression of ER and PR.Conclusion The expression of P27 probably is associated with the development of breast carcinoma and lymph node metastasis;The expression of P27 can be used in prediction of the clinical progression of breast carcinoma.
