| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究了 MRI对脑室型脑囊虫的诊断。方法 :分析了 35例脑室型脑囊虫的磁共振资料。结果 :35例中发现 5 9个囊虫病灶分布于各个脑室内 ,以四脑室多见。结论 :脑室型囊虫多呈薄壁 ,大囊 ,偶见头节显示 ,运用好窗技术将有助于发现病灶

| Abstract: | Objective:To study MRI diagnosis of the intraventricular cysticercosis.Methods:MRI data of 35 cases with intraventricular cysticercosis were analysed.Results:59 focuses in 35 cases were found in ventricles,most of them were in the fourth ventricle.Conclusion:Intraventricular cysticercosis mostly have big cystic body with thin wall and in very few cases the headnode can be seen.To set the display window level proporly will help to find out the focus. |
