| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨青少年突发性耳聋预后的相关因素。方法：对40例（47耳）青少年突发性聋者的临床资料分别从性别、听力损害程度、起病至就诊时间、免疫功能、4KHz听阈、是否伴发耳鸣及眩晕这些方面进行回顾性分析。结果：听力损害程度、起病至就诊时间、4KHz听阈及是否伴发眩晕的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：听力损害程度、起病至就诊时间、4KHz听阈及是否伴发眩晕对青少年突发性耳聋的预后有影响，而性别、免疫功能及耳鸣的影响不显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the related factors with prognosis of sudden deafness in juveniles.Methods:Through analyzing 40 cases about juveniles of sudden deafness retrospectively in sex,the degree of hearing loss,days of illness,immunity,the threshold of hearing at 4000HZ,whether accompanied with vertigo or tinnitus or not.Results: There is significant difference among the degree of hearing loss,days of illness,the threshold of hearing at 4000HZ and the vertigo accompanied(P<0.05).Conclusions: The degree of hearing loss,days of illness,the threshold of hearing at 4000HZ and the vertigo accompanied has influence on prognosis,but the influence of sex,immunity and the tinnitus is not significant. |
