摘    要:目的:建立燕麦麸皮中芦丁的含量测定方法。方法:燕麦麸皮经甲醇提取,提取物用甲醇溶解,定容,HPLC分析条件为流动相甲醇-0.4%磷酸(45:55),流速1.0mL/min,柱温30°C,360nm波长下检测样品芦丁的含量。结果:线性方程为Y=0.0007X-0.0029,r=0.9997,线性范围0.025~0.125μg,平均回收率99.58%,RSD为1.32%。结论:本方法简单、快捷,重复性良好,可用于燕麦麸皮中芦丁含量的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of Lutin in oat bran.Methods:The methanol extract of oat bran was dissolved by methanol and Lutin was measured by HPLC(mobile phase:CH3OH:0.4%H3PO4=45:55;flow rate:1.0mL/min;temperature:30°C;wave length:360nm) .Results:The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.025~0.125μg with the regression equation of y=0.0007x-0.0029(r=0.9997) and the average recovery was 99.58%(RSD=1.32%) .Conclusion:The method is simple,quick and reproducible and can be applied in the quality control of oat bran.
