| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨白细胞介素－６（ＩＬ－６）受体系统在肾癌细胞系ＲＣＣ－９４９中表达的意义。方法 应用免疫细胞化学方法检测肾癌细胞系ＲＣＣ－９４９中ＩＬ－６蛋白的表达，观察ｒｈＩＬ－６对ＲＣＣ－９４９生长的作用，用逆转录聚合酶链反应（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）方法检测其ＩＬ－６、ＩＬ－６Ｒ和ｇｐ１３０ ｍＲＮＡ的表达。结果 肾癌细胞系ＲＣＣ－９４９可以在转录和翻译水平表达ＩＬ－６，但该细胞系的ｇｐ１３０ ｍＲＮＡ表达

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of interleukin 6 and its receptor system and their possible relations with growth in the renal cell carcinoma cell line RCC 949. Methods Immunochemistry was used to detect the IL 6 protein expression in IL 6,IL 6R and gp130 mRNA.The lack of gp130 expression in human renal cell carcinoma cell line RCC 949 was evaluated. Results There was no effect of rhIL 6 on renal carcinoma cells RCC 949.The RCC 949 cells could express IL 6 and IL 6R but there was an expression deficiency of gp130 in these cells. Conclusions IL 6 is not a growth factor of RCC 949. There was a gp130 expression deficiency in this cell lines which plays a prominent role in the signal transducing of IL 6. |
