摘    要:细胞骨架系统,不仅是活细胞的支撑结构,决定细胞的形状,赋予其强度,而且是对各细胞器乃至某些大分子进行空间的组织安排,并且参与细胞外信号向核的转导及核对整个细胞活动的调节。哺乳动物卵母细胞和早期胚胎细胞骨架具有其独特的分布和功能,使卵母细胞和胚胎呈现出精确的时空性变化特点。确保受精及胚胎发育按时有序地进行。本文综述了细胞骨架在卵母细胞成熟、受精、早期胚胎发育和核移植发育过程中的分布和作用。

Abstract:The cytoskeleton takes part in maintaining of the cell shape and integrity, anchoring its organelles and macromolecules as well. The cytoskeleton is also involved in transduction of the extracellular signals into the nucleaus, and nucleus-mediated regulation of cell functions. In mammalian oocytes and preimplantation embryos, the cytoskeleton shows special and time-depending distribution during maturation and early development, it insures occurence of fertilization and development orderly and accurately. In this review, we summarize the distribution in oocyte and functions of the cytoskeleton in oocyte maturation, fertilization and development of normal and nucleus transferred embryos.
