| 摘 要： | ①目的 观察外周静脉营养支持（PN）在高龄食管癌病人术后应用的效果。②方法 应用PN治疗48例高龄食管癌术后病人，观察术前、术后第3天和第7天病人部分生化指标及营养指标。③结果 围手术期各项生化指标均正常，营养指标术后第3天下降明显，术后第7天前清蛋白（PA）明显回升。④结论 高龄食管癌病人术后应用PN是十分安全的，且对病人全身营养状况改善起到了良好的作用。PA是反映短期营养支持的良好指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of parent er al nutrition (PN) postoperatively for aged patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods PN was applied to 48 aged patients who had undergone esop hagectomy. The serum glucose, triglycerides, liver function and bilirubin metabo lism were measured before operation as well as 3rd and 7th day after operation, respectively. Results All biochemical indexes were normal peri operatively. Th e nutritional indexes such as albumin, PA dropped on the third day and rose dram atically on the seventh day postoperatively. Conclusion The supportive therapy of PN is effective and safe for aged patients who had undergone esophectomy. PA is an important index on nutrit ion status for short term supportive measures. [ |
