| 摘 要： | 目的和方法:采用放免方法测定肝硬化大鼠血甲状旁腺素(PTH)、降钙素(CT)及血钙、磷水平与肝性骨营养不良的关系。结果:肝硬化大鼠血中甲状旁腺素升高(P<0.01)、降钙素降低(P<0.01)、血钙降低(P<0.01)、血磷升高(P<0.01)。结论:肝硬化大鼠血甲状旁腺素及降钙素水平的变化与肝性骨营养不良之间有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Aim and Method: The serum parathyroid (PTH), calcitomin (CT), calcium and phosphatase were detected in rats with liver cirrhosis. Results: The PTH and calcium levels were higher than that of control, the CT and phosphatase levels decreased obviously(P<0.01). Conclusion: It suggested that the ralation between hepatic osteodystrophy and the changes of the PTH and CT level in liver cirrhosis is remarkable. |
