中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作30例

目的：观察中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法：确诊的60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例在西医治疗基础上加服定喘汤治疗,对照组30例单用西医治疗。结果：治疗组临床控制8例,显效9例,好转10例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%;对照组临床控制6例,显效8例,好转9例,无效7例,总有效率76.7%;两组在改善临床症状、肺功能测定方面比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作安全有效。

Clinical Observation of Therapy of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on Bronchial Asthma in Acute Episode, A Report of 30 Cases

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine on bronchial asthma in acute episode. Method： 30 cases in treatment group were treated with Asthma -Reliving Decoction on the found of western medicine, and the ones in control group were done with western medicine only. Result： In treatment group 8 cases were recovered, 9 ones excellent, 10 ones effective, and 3 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 90.0%. In control group 6 cases were recovered, 8 ones excellent, 9 ones effective, and 7 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 76.7%. There was significant difference between the two groups on improving clinical symptoms and lung function tests （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Therapy of integrated Chinese and western medicine has good and reliable effect on bronchial asthma in acute episode.
