放射性核素诱发细胞凋亡的形态学及基因表达定量分析

摘    要:形态改变是细胞凋亡的重要特征之一。本文对近几年来放射性核素诱发细胞凋亡及用形态计量学定量研究的国内外有关进展进行综述 ,主要内容包括 :( 1)细胞凋亡的形态学特征 ;( 2 )放射性核素诱发的细胞凋亡 ;( 3)细胞凋亡与基因表达调控 ;以及 ( 4 )细胞凋亡的形态学定量研究。

Abstract:Morphologic alteration is an important characteristic of apoptosis. In this paper,we reviewed recent progressions of quantitative analysis on morphological and gene expression of radiation-induced apoptosis, which includes:(1)morphologic characteristic of apoptosis;(2)radionuclides induced apoptosis;(3)gene expression of apoptosis;and (4)quantitative morphologic analysis of apoptosis.
