我院儿科住院病例抗菌药物应用情况分析

目的：了解我院儿科抗菌药物使用情况并进行分析，提高合理使用抗菌药水平。方法：随机抽取我院儿科出院病历600份，进行抗菌药物使用情况回顾性分析，并对抗菌药物的给药方案进行综合评判。结果：使用抗菌药病历599份，占99．8％，使用频率最高的是头孢菌素类，其中头孢噻肟钠注射剂的用药天数为2040d，用药例次达510例次。抗菌药物使用合理性或基本合理占82．14％，存在问题占17．88％。使用不合理的主要原因是不恰当联合用药。结论：本院儿科抗菌药物使用广泛，大多数是合理的，但仍存在不合理使用的现象。

Analysis of the usage of antifungal drugs in 600 cases of child patients in our hospital

Objective: To understand and analyze the use of antifungal drugs in the child patients of our hospital and to dicuss how to use the drugs better. Methods: Pick out 600 patient history records from those in the paediatric ward of our hospital at random, analyze the administration of the antifungal drugs restropectively and make a comprehensive judgement on th administration of the drugs. Results: There are 599 (99.8%) medical records with antifungal drugs used, the cefo kind is used the most. Among them, the Cefotaxime Sodium for injection is used for 2040 days and 510 times. Reasonable usage or almost reasonable usage takes 82.14%. Unreasonable usage takes 17.88%. The main couse of unreasonable usage is the miscombined administration. Conclusion: Antifungal drugs were widely used in the paediatric ward of our hospital. Most of them were reasonably used, but some were not.
