应用国产TC-Dynamic假体行全膝关节表面置换疗效评价

目的评价应用国产TC-Dynamic假体行人工膝关节表面置换的临床疗效。方法用国产TC-Dynamic假体行全膝关节表面置换术治疗78例患者共81膝。结果对患者随访平均3年3个月,对随访者按1989年美国膝关节外科学会评分系统进行术后评分,术后平均为83分,术前平均为39分;功能评分术后平均为85分,术前平均为36分。结论国产TC-Dynamic(后稳定型)人工膝关节假体是符合国人解剖学特点并按国情设计的国产化人工膝关节假体,设计合理、操作便利,可为广大膝关节炎患者和骨科医生提供更多的假体选择。

Evaluation on Therapeutic Effects of Total Knee Replacement with Domestic TC-Dynamic
