| 摘 要： | 目的：了解海洛因依赖者在血栓与止血方面是否存在异常。方法：对30例海洛因依赖者血管内皮细胞、血小板、抗凝及纤溶等相关指标进行检测。结果：海洛因依赖组vWF：Ag、GMP—140与正常对照组比较，明显增高，差异有显著性(P＜0．01、P＜0．05)，而t-PA：A、PAI：A、PC、PS、D—Dimer与正常对照组比较，差异无显著性(P＞0．05)。结论：海洛因依赖者血管内皮损伤，血小板呈激活状态，有血栓形成倾向。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the abnormality of hemostasis and thrombosis in heroin dependence groups. Methods: The related indexes of hemostasis and thrombosis (including endothelial cell, platelet, anticoagulation and fibrionlysis et al) are detected in a group of 30 heroin addicts. Results: vWF:Ag, GMP-140 in heroin addicts group were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01, P<0.05) and t-PA, PAI:A, PC, PS, D-Dimer were not different than that in control groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The endothelial cell injury and platelet activation existed in heroin addicts group that shows a tendency of thrombosis in the group. |
