| 摘 要： | 目的为了降低经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的感染率。方法对置管的相关因素进行分析。结果外周静脉置入中心静脉导管感染与导管的优劣、插管操作是否正规、置管后护理和患者因素密切相关。结论选择优良材质的导管;置管操作要规范、熟练;规范化置管后护理和提高置管患者自我护理意识是预防外周静脉置入中心静脉导管感染的重要措施。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To decrease the infection rate due to peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC).METHODS The risk factors of PICC were analyzed.RESULTS The infection due to PICC was evidently related to the quality of catheters,intubation operation,nursing after intubation,and the other factors of patients.CONCLUSIONS The important measures against the infection due to PICC include choosing catheters of good quality and function,standardizing the skilled intubation operation and nursing procedures after... |
