| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电刺激和关节松动术等综合康复疗法对肩关节周围炎的影响.方法63例肩关节周围炎患者,分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(31例);治疗组应用两种不同参数的电刺激作用于肩关节周围的肌肉;两组均给予关节松动术治疗.结果治疗组疗效优于对照组.u=2.49（P<0.05），差异显著。论多种疗法的综合康复治疗对肩关节周围炎的疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of synthesis rehabilitation therapy (included electrical stimulation and joint mobilization)on recovery of frozen shoulder.Method 63 frozen shoulder patients were divided into two groups.32 patients,as the experimental,were treated with electrical stimulation,other 31 patients as control.Two programs of electrical stimulation were performed on the experiment,while both groups received synthesis rehabilitation therapy.Result The improvement of rxperimental group was better than that of control group.All indeces showed that there were significant difference betweew the two groups,u=2.49(P< 0.05).Conclusion Synthesis rehabilitation therapy may have better therapeutic effect on recovery of frozen shoulder. |
