80例急性大脑中动脉梗死的早期CT表现与临床价值

目的 通过80例急性大脑中动脉梗死患者早期及24小时后的2次头颅CT资料进行研究，评价其对早期急性大脑中动脉梗死的临床价值。方法 应用Xvision／GX型CT机，观察80例早期大脑中动脉梗死患者头颅CT平扫表现，于24h后复查头颅CT，并回顾性对比分析研究。结果 80例患者首次CT阴性者34例(占42．5)，略低密度征13例(占16．3％)，豆状核征19例(占23．8％)，脑沟征22例(占27．5％)，岛叶征24例(占30．0％)，外侧裂征5例(占6．3％)。结论 早期急性大脑中动脉梗死患者行头颅CT检查呈阴性或有早期改变征象，对临床治疗有较重要指导价值。

Findings of Cerebral CT Examination and Clinical Value of 80 Cases with Acute Infarction in Middle Cerebral Artery of Early Stage

Objective Findings of cerebral CT examination of the patients with acute infarction in middle cerebral artery of early stage and after 24 hours were analyzed to assess its clinical value to acute infarction in middle cerebral artery of early stage.Methods CT machines of Xvision/GX type were applied to perform CT examination.Manifestations of CT scanning at the early time and after 24 hours were analyzed by retrospective comparison.Results Among all the 80 patients,34(42.5%)were negative of signs,13(16.3%)were with signs of low density,19(23.8%)were with signs in lentiform nucleus,22(27.5%)were with signs in sulcus of brain,24(30.0%)were with signs in insula and 5(6.3%)were with signs in lateral cerebral fissure.Conclusions Cerebral CT examination performed in patients with acute infarction in middle ceredbral artery showed negative or altered signs at the early time,it played important role in the clinical therapeutics.
