64层螺旋CT头颈联合扫描血管成像在TIA患者的临床应用

目的：探讨64层螺旋CT头颈联合扫描血管成像对TIA患者血管综合性评估的应用价值。方法：对36例TIA患者行64层螺旋CT血管成像,分析其狭窄程度、斑块性质等情况,并结合临床进行分析。结果：颅内动脉伴颅外颈动脉狭窄16例（45%）,单纯颅内动脉狭窄13例（36%）,单纯颅外动脉狭窄7例（19%）。36例TIA患者所累及血管中,轻度狭窄5例,中-重度狭窄甚至闭塞31例。共有26支血管发现斑块,其中软斑块4处,中等斑块8处,钙化斑块6处,混合斑块8处。结论：64层螺旋CT头颈部联合动脉血管成像能够准确显示TIA血管病变发生的部位、类型、程度,对TIA早期临床治疗具有重要价值。

Clinical Application of Cerebral and Carotid Angiography by 64-slice Spiral CT in TIA

Objective To explore the application value of Cerebral and Carotid Angiography by 64-slice spiral CT in Transient Ischemic Attack.Methods 36 case of TIA received angiography by 64-slice spiral CT,with the degree of stenosis and the plaque etc.being analyzed.Results Stenosis of intracranial artery and extracranial artery is found in 16 cases（45%）;intracranial arterial stenosis in 13cases（36%）;extracranial artery stenosis in 7 cases（19%）.Among the 36 cases,mild stenosis is found in 5 cases and moderate-severe stenosis or occlusion in 31 cases.A total of 26 vessels are found having plaques,with soft plaque 4 cases,medium 8 cases,calcified 6 cases and mixed 8 cases.Conclusion Cerebral and carotid angiography by 64-slice spiral CT can accurately show the location,type and degree of vascular lesions in TIA,which is an effective method for early treatment of TIA.
