普米克令舒、万托林治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效分析

目的观察普米克令舒联合万托林雾化吸入治疗哮喘急性发作期的疗效和安全性。方法将60例病人随机分为2组,观察组30例,给予普米克令舒和万托林雾化吸入;万托林组30例,单用万托林雾化吸入。两组均在综合疗法基础上进行(给予吸氧、止咳祛痰、抗感染等治疗)。观察两组症状、体征消失天数、临床疗效及副作用。结果观察组喘息、哮鸣音平均消失天数为3.1天、4.3天与万托林组6.12天、7.62天比较,差异具有显著性(p<0.05)。观察组总有效率93.3%与万托林组总有效率90%,差异均不具显著性(p>0.05)。结论哮喘急性发作期雾化吸入比吸入气雾剂疗效好;普米克令舒联合万托林雾化吸入也比单用万托林雾化吸入疗效更好且副作用少,可以作为治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的常用药物之一。

Effect of Atomized Inhalation of Ventolin Combined with Pulmicort in Treatment of Acute Paroxysmal Asthma

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of inhalation of ventolin combined with pulmicort in the treatment of acute paroxysmal asthma.Methods Sixty patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups.In treatment group,30 cases were dealt with inhalation of ventolin combined with pulmicort,while in ventolin group,30 cases with inhalation of ventolin.Integrative treatment measures were performed and days of disappearing symptoms and signs,clinical efficacy,side effect were observed in both groups.Results The persistent days of dyspnea and sibilant rhonchi are shorter in treatment group than that in ventolin group,there were significant difference between treatment group and the ventolin group(p<0.05).There were no significant differences between the ventolin group(90%)and treatment group(93.3%) in the overall cure rate(p>0.05).The incidence of side effect in the treatment group was lower than that in the ventolin group.Conclusion Efficacy of atomized inhalation of ventolin combined with pulmicort is better than inhalation of ventolin alone in the treatment of acute paroxysmal asthma.Inhalation of ventolin combined with pulmicort is better and its side effect is much less.
