低温预处理对脊髓损伤早期保护作用的实验性研究

摘    要:目的 观察低温预处理对大鼠脊髓损伤早期病理形态学及运动功能的影响.方法 应用改良Tarlov评分对大鼠脊髓损伤模型进行神经运动功能评价.结果 低温预处理损伤组(B组)脊髓损伤早期病理形态学改变较损伤对照组(C组)轻,损伤中心区残留白质面积大于C组[(1.17±0.15)mm2与(0.94±0.11)mm2],而微囊计数明显低于C组(7.43±1.40与13.46±1.77),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);B组神经运动功能评分(改良Tarvo评分)明显高于C组[(4.1±0.7)分与(2.4±1.0)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 低温预处理对大鼠正常脊髓形态结构及神经运动功能无明显影响,但可明显减轻大鼠脊髓损伤早期病理形态学损害,减少损伤中心区白质面积的丢失,改善脊髓损伤早期神经运动功能状况.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of hypothermic preconditioning on early histopathology and locomotor function after spinal cord contusive injury. Methods The assessment of locomotor function was performed at 7 days after injury with modified Tarlov scale and incline plane. Results The histopathology and the assessment of locomotor function were not different between experimental group and control group. The area of white matter of experimental rats was distinctly more than that of control group and the numbers of microcysts of experimental rats were distinctly less than that of control group at 7 days after injury (P <0.01). The assessment of locomotor function of experimental group was distinctly more than that of control group (P < 0. 01). Conclusions Hypothermic preconditioning has no adverse effect on histopathology and locomotor function of spinal cord in rat. Hypothermic preconditioning reduces the early histopathological damage and loss of area of white matter and significantly protects against the early locomotor deficits after early injury.
