| 摘 要： | 应用聚合酶链反应（PCR）技术结合短串联重复序列（STR）的方法检测了101例2型糖尿病患者及102例正常对照者的小肠脂肪酸结合蛋白（FABP2）基因型。结果显示两组研究对照的2、3、4、5等位基因的分布频率分别为0．04、0．63、0．32、0．01和0．06、0．63、0．28、0．03，两组比较无差异（P＞0．05）。说明基因多态性与2型糖尿病发病无相关性，不是其主要致病基因。

| Abstract: | Polymorphism of intestinal fatty acid binding protein(FABP2)gene was determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and short tandem repeat(STR)in 101 type 2 diabetic patients and 102 normal controls The results showed that the frequencies of FABP 2 allel 2,3,4 and 5 were 0 04,0 63,0 32,0 01 in patients with type 2 diabetic patients and 0 06,0 63,0 28,0 03 in normal population respectively(P>0 05) FABP 2 gene does not play a significant role in type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese |
