后牙区残冠纤维桩、螺纹桩联合修复的探讨

目的探讨后牙区残冠纤维桩、螺纹桩联合修复的效果和注意事项。方法将我院90例后牙残冠患者随机分为观察组及对照组。对照组患者采用纤维桩进行修复，观察组患者采用纤维桩、螺纹桩联合修复。结果经两年的观察与随访。两组大部分患者牙冠形态及咀嚼功能良好，修复体性能优良。但观察组患者的弯、细根管壁折脱、根尖周炎、牙周病变显著低于对照组；两组牙龈染色、冠缘着色例数均为0；观察组成功率为98．75％，对照组的成功率为94．87％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），观察组略高。结论后牙区残冠治疗是较繁琐的过程，采用纤维桩、螺纹桩联合修复后牙区残冠，有诸多优点，固定效果好，疗效满意，是保存后牙残冠、保存自然牙列的一种简便、行之有效的好方法，可以加以普遍地推广应用。

Exploration of fiber pile and thread pile joint repair posterior area of residual crown

Objective To discuss fiber pile and thread pile joint repair posterior area of residual crown effects and precautions. Methods A total of 90 cases of posterior area of residual crown patients were randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group in our hospital,the control group patients were treated by fiber pile repair,the ob- servation group patients were treated by fiber pile and thread pile. Results Observation and follow-up of 2 years,two groups most patients crown shape and good chewing function, repair the body performance. Observation group patients curved, fine root canal wall fold off,periapical and periodontal lesions was significantly lower than the control group patients;two groups of patients gum staining and crown edge coloring number of cases are 0;Observation group suc- cess rate was 98.75%, control group success rate was 94.87%, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉 0.05）, the observation group was slightly highei. Conclusion Posterior area of residual crown treatment is a cumbersome treatment process, use fiber pile and thread pile joint repair has many advantages, fixed effects, the results was satisfac- tory,is a simple,effective method of saving posterior area of residual crown, preservation of natural dentition,can be generally promote use.
