经纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗方法治疗严重肺部感染分析

目的探讨经纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗方法对治疗严重肺部感染的疗效，并对其应用于临床进行评价。方法选取我院确诊为肺部感染的患者750例作为研究对象，并依据不同处理方法均将其分成灌洗组和对照组。对照组进行常规治疗，灌洗组除采取全身抗感染治疗外，还使用经纤支镜监测吸痰及灌洗。治疗后比较两组的治疗效果并进行统计分析。结果经过治疗，灌洗组治愈225例，好转120例，无效30例，治愈率达60％，有效率达92％；对照组治愈120例，好转135例，无效120例，治愈率为32％，有效率为68％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用经纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗方法治疗严重肺部感染疗效显著，且安全方便，并发症少，值得在临床中大力推广。

Analysis of bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage method in the treat- ment of severe pulmonary infection

Objective To investigate the value of efficacy of the lung infections by bronchoalveolar lavage with fiber- bronchoscope. Methods Selecting the 750 patients of our hospital for the research object ,and they were randomly di- vided into control and experimental groups. Experimental group, in addition to conventional therapy, were also used by bronchoscopy lavage. Control group with conventional therapy. We conducted a statistical analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results Experimental group were cured 225 cases, 120 cases improved, invalid 30 cases, 60% cure rate and effective rate of 92%; Control group were cured 120 cases were cured, 135 cases improved, invaIid 120 cases, 32% cure rate and effective rate of 68%. By comparing the efficiency of the two groups, we found signifi- cant differences between them（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion By bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage treatment of seri- ous lung infections are very effective, and fewer complications in the treatment. So, the method is positive in the clini- cal application.
