锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折30侵临床效果分析

目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的疗效。方法选取2009年6月～2012年6月期间我院行锁定加压钢板治疗的30例桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者作为观察对象．另外选择同期行单纯石膏外固定治疗30例桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者设立为对照组，比较分析两组的Cooney腕关节评分掌倾角、尺偏角及骨折愈合时间。结果观察组与对照组Cooney腕关节评分优良率分别为93．3％、70．0％，差异有统计学意义（x2=18．371，P〈0．05）。观察组掌倾角、尺偏角及骨折愈合时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折固定牢固，术中出血量少，骨折愈合快，值得广泛推广和应用。

Clinical effectiveness analysis of instability locking compression plate fixa- Uon of distal radius fracture 30 cases

Objective To investigate the locking compression plate fixation of distal radius fractures instability. Meth- ods Fi＇om June 2009 to June 2012 in our hospital, 30 cases distal radius locking compression plate fixation in patients with unstable fractures as the observed object,choose another treatment of 30 cases distal radius in the same period with simple plaster fixation patients with unstable fracture of the establishment for the control group, compared and analyzed of the two groups Cooney wrist score volar tilt, ulnar deviation and fracture healing time. Results Observa- tion group and control group Cooney wrist rated excellent rate were 93.3%, 70.0%, and the difference was statistically significant （X2=18.371 ,P 〈 0.05）. Palmar angle of the observation group,ulnar deviation,and fracture healing time comparison, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lock the pressure plate in the treatment of the instability of the distal radius fracture fixation,less blood loss,fracture healing, should be popularized andap- plied.
