腹腔镜技术治疗急腹症的临床应用分析

目的探讨急腹症采用腹腔镜治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院普外科2011年5月～2012年7月收治的150例急腹症患者，分成观察组和对照组各75例，对照组行传统开腹手术治疗．观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗，回顾两组临床资料。结果两组手术时间无明显差异（P〉0．05）。观察组术中出血量、平均住院时间明显少于对照组，手术成功率明显高于对照组。随访3个月，观察组无并发症发生，对照组出现切口感染2例，肠梗阻1例，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论急腹症患者利用腹腔镜技术治疗，可显著提高手术成功率，降低不良事件发生率，缩短住院时间，为患者生存质量的改善提供了保障。

Clinical application analysis of laparoscopic technique in the treatment of acute abdomen

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of acute abdomen. Methods From May 2011 to July 2012 in the department of general surgery in our hospital 150 cases of patients with acute abdomen, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 75 cases in each group, control group received traditional open operation treatment, the observation group was treated with laparoscopic operation therapy, retrospective clinical data in the two groups. Results The two groups had no significant difference in operation time （P 〉 0.05）. Observation on bleeding volume in operation, the average duration of hospitalization was significantly less than that in the control group, operation can be significantly higher than that of control group, average 3 months of follow- up, there were no complications occurred, the control group 2 cases of wound infection, 1 cases of intestinal obstruction. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of laparoscopic techniques in the treatment of patients with acute abdomen, can significantly improve the success rate of operation, reduce the adverse event rate, short the time of hospitalization, improve the quality of life for patients provided a guarantee.
