替米沙坦与胺碘酮联合治疗阵发性房颤的疗效观察

目的观察替米沙坦与胺碘酮联合治疗阵发性房颤的疗效。方法64例阵发性房颤患者分为对照组和观察组各32例，在常规治疗基础上，观察组给予口服胺碘酮和替米沙坦，对照组单用胺碘酮。结果两组患者治疗后2年比治疗前房颤发作次数明显减少，房颤持续时间显著缩短。房颤发作次数降低幅度观察组明显大于对照组（P〈0．05），左房内径随观察时间的延长而扩大，但观察组左房内径的平均增幅在治疗后显著小于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论替米沙坦与胺碘酮联合能更有效地预防阵发性心房颤动的复发，两者能更好地抑制心房重构，延缓心房扩大，疗效明显优于单用胺碘酮。

Observation of the efficacy of combined telmisartan and amiodarone use in treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

Objective To observe the efficacy of combined telmisartan and amiodarone use on treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods Patients were randomly divided into amiodarone group （A, n=32） and amiodarone plus telmisartan group （AT, n=32） and all patients received conventional therapy. Results Two years post therapy, episodes of atrial fibrillation frequency reduced obviously and atrial fibrillation duration shortened. Atrial fibrillation episodes reduced amplitude in group AT was obviously higher than that of group A （P 〈 0.05）, observation of left atrial diameter with the extension of time and expands, left atrial diameter average increase of the group AT was significantly smaller than that of the group A after treatment （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Combined telmisartan and amiodarone use is more ef- fective in preventing paroxysmal atrial fibrillation recurrence, they both can better inhibit atrial remodeling and delay atrial enlargement, whose efficacy is obviously superior to amiodarone alone.
