Ets-1在淋巴瘤病理组织中的表达及其意义

目的探讨淋巴瘤（lymphoma）患者病理组织中Ets-1的表达,探讨其与临床及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测了60例淋巴瘤、15例良性增生性淋巴结炎中Ets-1的表达。结果Ets-1蛋白在淋巴瘤和良性增生性淋巴结炎中表达于胞核,少见于胞浆。Ets-1在淋巴瘤中的阳性率为48.3%,高于良性增生性淋巴结炎的13.3%（P〈0.05）。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期淋巴瘤患者的Ets-1蛋白的表达阳性率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者（P〈0.05）;男性组Ets-1表达阳性率为35.9%,明显低于女性组的71.4%（P〈0.001）;淋巴结内组Ets-1表达阳性率为70.0%,明显高于淋巴结外病变组的26.7%（P〈0.001）;Ets-1表达与年龄、组织学类型、生物学行为均无关（P〉0.05）。结论①Ets-1在淋巴瘤病理组织中表达上调,提示Ets-1可能在淋巴瘤的发生、发展中起重要作用,提示它们可能成为淋巴瘤治疗的新靶点。②Ets-1在淋巴瘤病理组织中表达上调均与Ann Arbor临床分期有关,可能是预测淋巴瘤侵袭转移和预后的相关因素。③Ets-1的表达与年龄、组织学类型、生物学行为均无关。

Expression and Significance of Ets-1 Proteins in Pathological Tissues of Lymphoma Patients

Objective To discuss the protein level of Ets-1 expression in the pathological tissue of lymphoma patients, and prognostic significance. Methods The expression of Ets-1 in 60 cases of lymphoma patients and 15 cases of benign hyperplastic lymphadenitis（BHL） was defected by Streptavidin-Peroxidase immunohistochemical method. Results Ets-1 protein was mainly expressed on the nucleus and seldom on cytoplasm in both lymphoma and BHL. The positive expression Tare of Ets-1 proteins in the lymphoma was 48.3% ,and higher than 13.3% of the BHL（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive expression rate of Ets-1 protein in the Ann Arbor stages of lymphoma was： Ⅲ, Ⅳstage higher than Ⅰ , Ⅱ stage（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive expression rate of Ets-1 proteins in female was 71.4% , and higher than 35.9% in male（ P 〈 0. 001 ）. The positive expression rate of Ets-1 proteins in intralymph node was 70.0% ,and higher than 26.7% in extra-lymph node （P 〈 0. 001 ）. And the positive expression ratio of Ets-1 protein was not associated with age,lesions, histological categolT and biological behavior（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The up-regulation expression of Ets-1 in lymphoma suggested that it might play synergetic roles in the progress of carcinogenesis of lymphoma, and it might identify as a potential therapeutic target in lymphoma. The expression of Ets-1 in lymphoma showed a high expression in the pathological tissues of lymphoma patients. The expression of Ets-I had a correlation with the Ann Arbor stages of lymphoma. It may be the significant factor which could predict the invasion and metastasis of lymphoma. The positive expression ratio of Ets-1 proteins was not associated with age, histological category and biological behavior.
