持续硬膜外麻醉进行分娩镇痛对产程相关因素影响的研究

目的　探讨小剂量复合药物持续硬膜外麻醉对分娩镇痛效果。方法　选择我院产科住院病人 ,妊娠足月初产、头先露者 6 6例 ,分为观察、对照 2组 ,2组病人均进行头位评分 ,观察组则采用分娩镇痛 ,对照组不采用任何镇痛方法 ,2组病人进行产程宫缩疼痛分级、血压、血氧饱和度、产程时间、宫缩、胎心、分娩方式、产后出血、新生儿Apgar评分等观察。结果　观察组产程疼痛明显减轻、产程时间缩短 ;新生儿Apger评分及产后出血量同于对照组。结论　小剂量复合药物持续硬膜外麻醉进行分娩镇痛对分娩产程有益、对母儿无不良的影响。

Study on the effects of relieving labor pain by continuous epidural anesthesia to relative factors in the birth process

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of continuous epidural anesthesia by small dose of combined drugs to relieve labor pain.Methods:66 in-patients with primiparity of term pregnancy,cephalic presentation were assigned into two groups,which were both marked by prenatal head presentation.Women in the study group were treated with relieving labor pain but in the control group none methods were adopted to relieve labor pain.We observed the patients in two groups the uterine contraction pain grade,blood pressure,degree of blood oxygen saturation,time of labor,uterine contraction,fetal heart,way of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,newborn's Apgar mark,and so on in the birth process.Results:The labor pain was alleviated obviously in the study group,the time of labor was also shortened;the newborn's Apgar mark and postpartum hemorrhage were equal to the control group.Conclusions:It's good for birth process to relieve labor pain by continuous epidural anesthesia by small dose of combined drugs;there weren't any harmful effects to mater and fetus.
