| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨1，6-二磷酸果糖（FDP）对充血性心力衰竭（CHF）病人血浆脑钠素（BNP）的影响。方法 将65例CHF患者随机分为A组（32例）和B组（33例），A组采用常规抗心衰药物治疗，B组在常规治疗的基础上加用FDP10g静滴，每日一次，疗程14do应用放射免疫法对两组治疗前后血浆BNP进行检测分析。结果 A,B两组CHF患者抗心衰药物治疗后BNP水平较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．01），但B组较A组降低更明显，并且差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论 FDP能降低CHF病人血浆BNP水平。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the effect of Diphosphofructose on plasma BNP in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods] 65 cases of CHF were randomly separated into A (32 cases) and B group (33 cases). A group were treated with customed drugs and the B group were treated with customed drugs and FDP. After 14 day, the plasma level of BNP was measured by IRMA. Results] The plasma level of BNP reduced significantly after treated (P <0.01). And the B group reduced more than A group (P <0.01). Conclution] FDP can reduce the plasma level of BNP in patients with CHF. |
