康复训练在早期膝骨关节炎患者中应用价值的对比研究

目的观察康复训练在早期膝骨关节炎患者中的疗效。方法将120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为康复组和对照组,每组60例,康复组采用膝关节腔内注射臭氧+玻璃酸钠+曲安奈德+庆大霉素联合膝关节康复训练,对照组采用腔内注射方法,对两组患者治疗前后进行VAS疼痛评估、Lysholm膝关节功能评分和表面肌电检测。结果两组治疗后疼痛程度均明显减轻,但两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复组Lysholm评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);康复组功能恢复优良率为85.0%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后股四头肌表面肌电的中位频率和平均频率改善程度有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论腔内注射联合康复训练能够有效治疗早期膝关节的骨性关节炎,有效提高股四头肌抗疲劳能力。

Efficacy of rehabilitation training in patients on senile knee osteoarthritis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation training in treating senile knee osteoarthritis. Methods A hundred and twenty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomized into rehabilitation group and control group with 60 cases each for intracavitary administration of sodium hyaluronate, ozone, triamcinolone acetonide and gentamicin plus rehabilitation training or only intracavitary administration. The therapeutic effects were evaluated using visual analogue scale （VAS） , Lysholm knee score scale and surface electromyogram. Results The pain was obviously relieved in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） and better therapeutic effects were achieved in the combination group. Lyshohn scores in rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment ,85.0% of patients in rehabilitation group acquired good knee joint function. There were statistically significant differences in the improvements of median frequency and mean power frequency on the surface electromyogram of quadrieeps femoris between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Intracavitary administration combined with rehabilitation training has effectively marked therapeutic effects in treating senile knee osteoarthritis and can relieve quadriceps femoris fatigue in these patients.
