摘    要:目的 采用正交试验法优选大腹皮水处理软化工艺.方法 以槟榔碱及醇溶性浸出物含量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验比较不同因素对大腹皮水处理软化的影响.结果 大腹皮淋润软化最佳工艺为:每1 kg大腹皮药材分两次喷淋500mL水,常温软化3h.结论 正交试验的结果合理,可行.

Optimize the softening process of showering moistening method for pericarpium arecae by orthogonal test

Abstract:Abstract:Objective Using the orthogonal test method to optimize the water softening process of Pericarpium Arecae. Method Ac- cording to the amount of alcohol soluble extractive and arecoline, orthogonal design is applied to determine the best softening process, and L9 (34 ) orthogonal table is used. Result Spraying was best softening method that 1 000 g Periearpium arecae was sprayed at ordi- nary temperatures in 3 hours with the total water of 500 mL. Conclusion The results of orthogonal test is reasonable, feasible.
