血清胸苷激酶1在食管鳞癌中的应用价值

目的探讨血清胸苷激酶1（thymidine kinase 1,TK1）在食管鳞癌患者中的检测水平及临床意义。方法利用免疫增强化学发光法共检测100例食管鳞癌患者及60例健康成人血清TK1（S-TK1）水平,40例患者术前及术后TK1的变化,及100例患者血清TK1与TNM分期、淋巴结转移的关系。结果食管鳞癌组S-TK1阳性率（P〈0.01）及TK1值（P〈0.001）明显高于健康对照组；术后组S-TK1阳性率（P〈0.01）及TK1值（P〈0.001）均较术前组有所降低。TNMⅢ＋Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移者S-TK1水平分别较Ⅰ＋Ⅱ期（P〈0.05）、无淋巴结转移者（P〈0.05）高。结论血清S-TK1检测在食管鳞癌患者的诊断、指导治疗、判断预后中均具有重要临床意义。

Application value of thymidine kinase 1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the level and clinical significance of serum TK1 in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods A hundred samples collected from esophageal cancer patients and 60 samples from healthy adults were measured for the level of serum TK1 by immune enhanced chemiluminescence method. Then the 40 patients＇ serum TK1 were compared before and after operation. Finally,we analyzed the correlation between the level of serum TK1 from 100 patients and the TNM stages,as well as lymph node metastasis. Results The positive rate（ P 〈 0. 01） and the level of TK1（ P 〈 0. 001） from esophageal cancer guoup and pre-operation group were higher than that from healthy group and post operation group,respectively. The level of TK1 from Ⅲ ＋ Ⅳ stages and lymph node metastasis ones were also higher than that fromⅠ ＋ Ⅱstages（ P 〈 0. 05） and lymph node metastasis-free ones（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Serum TK1 testing shows critical clinical significance in diagnosis,treatment and prognostic judgment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients.
