摘    要:目的 建立高效液相色谱—蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD法)测定牛黄降压丸中黄芪甲苷的含量.方法 采用安捷伦公司ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(35∶65),流速:1 mL·min-1;柱温:35℃;检测器:蒸发光散射检测器(Varian 385-LC).结果 黄芪甲苷在0.1 ~10 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,回收率大蜜丸为100.3%(RSD =0.9%,n=9),小蜜丸为99.7%(RSD =0.9%,n=9).结论 该法具有良好的精密度和重现性,结果准确可靠,可作为本产品的质量控制方法.

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for determining astragaloside IV in Niuhuang Jiangya Pills. Methods The HPLC- ELSD with the ZORBAX Eclipse XDB- C18 ( 4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm ) was used. Acetonitrile-water (35:65) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^- 1 as mobile phase and the temperature of column at 30℃, the detector was ELSD. Results There was a good linear correlation in the range of 0.1 - 10 p,g. The recoveries were 100.3% ( RSD = 0. 9%, n = 9 ) for big honeyed pills, and 99.7% ( RSD = 0. 9%, n = 9 )for small honeyed pills. Conclusions The method is reliable, accurate and repeatable, which can be applied to the determination of astragaloside IV in Niuhuang Jiangya Pills.
