| 摘 要： | 肾细胞癌在我国的发病率逐年升高,且对于放化疗不敏感,免疫治疗效果有限,尤其是转移性肾细胞癌的预后较差。该文就转移性肾细胞癌的药物治疗方案的作用机制、现状及展望进行综述。

| Abstract: | The incidence of renal cell carcinoma in China increases year by year. Renal cell carcinoma is not sensitive to radiation and chemotherapy,and the effect of immunotherapy is also limited,especially for the metastatic renal cell carcinoma. The objective of this paper is to discuss the drug therapy and mechanism of metastatic renal cell carcinoma and to summarize the status quo and prospects. |
