左卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

目的 探讨左卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 128例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各64例,观察组给予常规抗心衰治疗,并加用左卡尼汀干预治疗,对照组仅予以常规治疗,10d后对比两组患者疗效.结果 观察组有效率为84.38％,明显优于对照组的70.31％ （P ＜0.05）;治疗后两组患者心功能指标左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）及左室射血分数（LVEF）均较治疗前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 左卡尼汀能明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,值得临床推广及进一步研究.

Efficacy analysis of levocarnitine treatment in patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract ： Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of levocarnitine in treating patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 128 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation and control groups, with 64 cases of each. Patients in the control group were given conventional anti-heart failure drugs, and those in the observation group were given levocarnitine intervention added to what had been given to the control group. Efficacy of the two groups was observed after 10 days. Results The effective mate in observation group was 84.38%, significantly higher than in the control group （70.31% ）, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the improvement in heart function LVEDD and LVEF of two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group of LVEDD and LVEF improvement was better than the control group, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Levocarnitine could significantly improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure. It was worthwhile to promote large-scale clinical trials of this kind and further study.
