| 摘 要： | 空间流行病学利用地理信息系统和空间分析技术研究疾病的空间分布特点及发展变化规律、探索影响特定人群健康状况因素, 近年来逐渐应用于艾滋病防控领域。本文对其应用于艾滋病时空分布模式分析、非监测点地区数据推算、流行影响因素探索、卫生资源分配利用等方面的研究进行综述, 为未来空间流行病学在我国艾滋病防控中的应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Spatial epidemiology focuses on the use of geographic information systems and spatial analysis to study spatial distribution and change tendency of diseases and explore the health status of specific populations. In recent years, spatial epidemiology has been applied in the field of HIV/AIDS prevention and control. This review summarizes the progress in the application of spatial epidemiology in the analysis of spatiotemporal distribution, non-monitoring area data estimation, influencing factors of AIDS and health resource allocation and utilization to provide reference for its application in the prevention and control of AIDS in the future. |
