The Relationship Between the Expression of PTOV1 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Lung Cancer and the Sensitivity of Tumors to Cisplatin and Docetaxel

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of PTOV1 in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer and the sensitivity of tumors to the chemotherapy drugs cisplatin and paclitaxel.Methods The 56 lung cancer patients who were treated were selected as the research objects.The ECIA method was used to detect the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs cisplatin and paclitaxel,and the RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression level of PTOV1 in patients,and the relationship between it and drug sensitivity was analyzed.Results According to the drug susceptibility results,the sensitivity of lung cancer to docetaxel in vitro was 46.43%,and the sensitivity to cisplatin was 25.00%.Among them,the sensitivity of lung cancer to docetaxel was significantly higher than that of cisplatin(P<0.05).Drug sensitivity has nothing to do with the patient's gender,lymph node metastasis,pathological type,and degree of differentiation(P>0.05),but was related to the patient's age and PTOV1 expression level(P<0.05),the sensitivity rate of the<60-year-old group was significantly higher than≤In the 60-year-old group,the expression level of PTOV1 in the sensitive group was significantly lower than that in the resistant group.According to the logistic multivariate regression analysis,age and PTOV1 expression level were independent risk factors that affect the sensitivity of lung cancer to chemotherapy drugs(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PTOV1 in the peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer is related to the sensitivity of the tumor to the chemotherapy drugs cisplatin and paclitaxel,which may provide a certain reference for the selection of lung cancer chemotherapy drugs in the future.
