摘    要:目的 分析PubMed数据库中护理人力资源配置研究的热点,了解该领域研究现状及发展趋势.方法 以PubMed收录的护理人力资源配置相关文献为研究对象,使用Bicomb 2.0、SPSS 25.0软件对主题词进行词频分析和共词聚类分析.结果 共纳入508篇文献,获得高频主题词25个,占总频次累计百分比为38.4%.通过共...

Abstract:Objective To identify hot research areas of nursing human resource allocation research in PubMed,so as to explore the present research status and future tendency.Methods The literature of nursing human resource allocation was searched in PubMed,and the word frequency analysis and co-word cluster analysis of subject terms were conducted using the BICOMB 2.0 and SPSS 25.0 software.Results Totally 508 articles were found and 25 high-frequency keywords(38.4%)were extracted.Moreover,5 hot research areas were identified,including data mining,current situation and trend,team composition,supply and demand and management,and healthcare service.In the strategic coordinate,healthcare service and team composition were located in the first quadrant,with high centripetal degree and density,and being studied most and relatively maturely.Conclusion The nursing human resource allocation is of wide research topics and the trend of multi-interaction is obvious.In the practice of human resources allocation,opportunities and challenges coexist,and development and reform are of equal importance.Future research should be carried out from the aspects of strengthening the informatization and automation of the whole process of human resource management,promoting the construction and utilization of high-level nursing teams,improving the quality of nursing care and the cultural integration of nursing professionals from different nationalities,as well as the medical integration,so as to promote the development of the allocation of nursing human resources in China.
