胆脂瘤性中耳炎复发的手术治疗

目的：探讨胆脂瘤复发和残留的因素，以及乳突再次手术的方法。方法：回顾性分析27例胆脂瘤性中耳炎术后复发或病变残留乳突再次手术的临床随访资料。结果：再次手术是安全的，干耳率92．6％，听力改善6耳，听力下降5耳，无变化16耳。结论：胆脂瘤性中耳炎术后复发或病变残留最好是尽早再次手术。选择恰当的手术方式，彻底仔细地清除病灶，可以达到干耳及减少并发症的目的。

Surgical precedure of recurrent cholesteatoma otitis media

Objective:To explore the related factors responsible for recurrence and residue of cholesteatoma and ideal surgical procedure of reoperation for such conditions.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 27 cases with residual and recurrent cholesteatoma and having been treated by Re-operation from 1990 to 2000.Rsults:Re-operation was successful and safe for these cases with a dry ear rate of 92 6%(25 ears),no changes in hearing level in 16 ears,improved hearing level in 6 ears,and only 5 ears suffered hearing decreasing further.Conclusion:It is best to have a re-operation as soon as possible for patients with recurrent or residual cholesteatoma.The conditions will be cured with proper surgical procedure.
